Till now where salty samosas were sold in the markets. At the same time, the demand for sweet samosas has increased in Buxar. There is a sweet shop named New Kanha Sweets near the ITI field of the city. Where apart from salty samosas, sweet samosas are also available. This is the first shop in the city, where there is a crowd of customers to eat sweet samosas. Lalu, who made this samosa, told that inside this samosa, not potatoes and spices, but khoya is filled.

Lalu Kumar told that people call this samosa sweet samosa or khoya samosa. The price of a samosa is fixed at Rs 15, while salty samosas are sold at Rs 6 a piece at his shop. The demand for sweet samosas is going on tremendously. But it is not able to meet the demand. The reason behind this is that it takes a lot of time and effort to make khoa samosas as compared to salty samosas. Therefore, every day 300 to 400 pieces of sweet samosas are made, which are sold before evening. Khoya, sugar, flour and oil are required to make this.

20-22 pieces of samosa are ready in one kilo of khoa.
Khoa is bought from the market at the rate of 250 to 350 rupees. Wherein, 20-22 pieces of samosas are prepared in one kilo of khoa. Lalu told that a total of 6 people work at the shop. Where apart from samosas, other sweets are also made. There is a confectioner named Garjan Gupta, a resident of Kochas in Rohtas district, from whom he had learned the method of making khoa wala samosa.
